We had the perfect visit to Manila! This was our first so wanted to make it one to remember! We stayed at the pan pacific, at around 40mins from the airport and a short hop to all the hot spots, it was an easy choice! Reasonably priced for such a luxury palace! The butler service was brilliant, check in was simple and quick! Staff all so so kind and helpful! Our room was gigantic! Views of the city and a very cool opening mirror from the bathroom to bedroom! Great pool, great food, a gym, casino and restaurants.
There is the option to upgrade and have breakfast in the lounge including evening cocktails and canapés. When booking I mentioned it was my partners birthday during our visit, so one evening during dinner, the staff were kind enough to arrange a beautiful and delicious birthday cake! Complete with singing staff members! Our little one was feeling left out that it wasn't his birthday, so staff were kind enough to bring Cassius a separate cake and sing happy birthday to him too! so so sweet! The hotel has very reasonably priced themed buffets every evening, high quality food, lots and lots of choice, and free for kids under 5!
Cocktails are tasty, breakfast has a lot of options, healthy or hearty! Really happy with our stay, the staff, location, quality and value for money. The hotel could be updated in areas, but evidently there are sections of the hotel undergoing maintenance. A lovely base for families to explore the wonderful city!
